Evaluating An Off Grid Home Videos
I remember the first Off Grid Home we ever looked at. The Realtor said it was 3 years old and they'd never had any problems with their electricity.
Sounded good, however, a close look at the house showed only a few lights that used electricity. Everything else used gas and it was heated with a wood stove.
We knew it would take major changes for us to live in that house.
If you're thinking about buying an Off Grid house, very few Realtors know anything about Off Grid Living. You need to know how to evaluate it to see if it fits your electrical needs.
